Notice of Possible Increase in Fees or Charges

As part of the budget process for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 the Town of Wellton may consider increasing the fees and charges for its services including fees charged for Parks and Recreation activities and charges for use of municipal facilities and grounds.  As well as fees charged by the Department of Development Services for applications for approvals under the zoning ordinance, as amended, or the subdivision regulations, as amended, charges by the Utilities Department for utility fees for sanitation, water, including connection fees and fees and other charges for utility related services other than utility rates, charges and fees by the Department of Public Works including permit fees.   Charges and fees by the Municipal Court.  Charges and fees by the Golf Courses.  Action by Town Council on any such change in fees, taxes, or other charges may occur on or before July 1, 2022.
