1. Discussion and possible action to adopt Resolution #441 appointing a Town Magistrate and establishing a salary.

2. Discussion and possible action to recommend approval or disapproval of a Series 12 Restaurant Liquor License for Coyote Den, L.L.C.

3. Discussion and possible action to add Martin Luther King’s Day as an additional holiday to the employee benefit package.
