and amendments thereto, the

WELLTON TOWN COUNCIL
HEREBY GIVES NOTICE THAT A REGULAR MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED ON

JULY 18, 2006 AT 7:00 P.M.

DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS

1. Approval of Cash Disbursements List
    A. For the month of June 2006

2. Approval of Minutes
    A. For the regular meeting of June 20, 2006

3. Discussion and possible action to adopt an Administrative Regulation to establish guidelines to employees for the “Minimum Street Improvement Requirements for Unpaved Local Residential or Major Collector Streets” as recommended by our Town Engineer.

4. Recess as Common Council of the Town of Wellton and convene a public hearing as the Board of Adjustment of the Town of Wellton to consider the following items:

A. REZONING CASE #07-201: Mr. Robert Smith, owner, and Developer Chris E. Kelly, President of Kellyco Development, Inc. requests a rezoning of the property described as Parcel #203-35-002 and Parcel #203-35-001, eighty (80) acres located on the southeast corner of William Street and County 12th Street from Agricultural District to Residential District for the purpose of developing the Mohawk Crossing, a proposed 310 residential unit subdivision.
B. REZONING CASE #07-202: Mr. and Mrs. Juell L. Barker requests a rezoning of two five (5) acre parcels within his twenty (20) acre parcel of property described as Parcel #204-22-006D located on the corner of Avenue 27E and County 11½ from Agricultural District to Residential District.
C. REZONING CASE #07-203: Ms. Tiffanie Vik requests a rezoning of 9.75 acres of property described as Parcel #204-22-019 located on the corner of Avenue 26E and County 11½ from Agricultural District to Residential District.
D. REZONING CASE #07-204: Mr. Rudy Geronimo requests a rezoning of Lots 13, 14, 15, 16 17 and 18 of the Wellton Annex, Block 33 from Commercial District to Residential District.

Adjourn as Board of Adjustment for the Town of Wellton and reconvene as the Common Council of the Town of Wellton.

5. Discussion and action to consider recommendations of the Board of Adjustment for the Town of Wellton in the matter of:

    A. Public Hearing to hear taxpayers in favor of or against any proposed expenditure for various purposes as set forth in the estimates as tentatively adopted.
    B. Discussion and possible action to adopt Resolution #437, a resolution for the adoption of the budget for FY 2006-2007.

7. Discussion and possible action to authorize Mayor John A. Nussbaumer and Interim Town Manager Rodney L. Rinehart to sign Community Development Block Grant program forms F-2, Authorized Signature Card for Requests for Payment on CDBG Accounts and CD-1, Authorized Signature Card for all Administrative Actions Pertaining to CDBG Contracts.
