4. Discussion and review of Housekeeping Amendments to the Town’s Tax Code.
A. Adopt Resolution #433, declaring as a public record that certain document filed with the City Clerk and entitled "The 2006 Amendments to the Tax Code of the Town of Wellton".
B. First Reading of Ordinance #87, relating to the Privilege License Tax; adopting “The 2006 Amendments to the Tax Code of the Town of Wellton” by reference; establishing an effective date; providing for severability and providing penalties for violations.
5. Discussion and possible action to accept the Wellton Municipal Court Report on Performance of Agreed-Upon Procedures.
6. Discussion and possible action to enter into a Client Services Agreement with Educational Services Incorporated for Employee Staffing Services.
7. Discussion and possible action to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Yuma for a term of two (2) years which provides terms and conditions relating to the proposed annexation of the Yuma Annexation Area, the proposed annexation of the Wellton Annexation Area and certain density requirements for residential development in the area east of the Gila Mountains and within the first mile north of the Barry M. Goldwater Range and review and approve map for said IGA.
