1. Approval of Cash Disbursements List

2. Approval of Financial Statements
     A. For the month of March 2006

3. Discussion and possible action to continue insurance coverage for the newly created position of Finance Director.

4. Review and possible discussion of the Financial Statements and Independent Auditor’s Report, Report on Audit of Annual Expenditure Limitation Report and the Single Audit Reporting Package for Fiscal Year FY 2004-05 for acceptance at a future Council meeting.

5. Discussion and possible action to enter into an IGA with Yuma County for CDBG Administrative Services.

6. Discussion and possible action to adopt a resolution #430 in opposition of the State of Arizona’s second program year Action Plan (FY 2006-2007) related to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program State Method of Distribution (MOD) which requires the reallocation of Regional Account Grant Funds to the State Special Project Account if a community scheduled to be funded submits a non-viable or non-compliant application to the state and advocates for the retention of grants within the region and to send Resolution to the Arizona Department of Housing and the Governor’s Office.

7. First Reading of Ordinance #86 – Mohawk Crossings Subdivision Annexation, an ordinance of the Council of the Town of Wellton, Arizona extending and increasing the corporate limits of the Town of Wellton, Yuma county, State of Arizona, pursuant to the provisions of title 9, chapter 4, article 7, Arizona revised statutes and amendments thereto, by annexing thereto certain territory contiguous to the existing town limits of the Town of Wellton.

     A. The description of the territory proposed to be annexed, not already within the present limits of the Town of Wellton, and located in Yuma County, Arizona, is as follows: The West half of the northwest quarter of Section 17, Township 9 South, Range 18 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Yuma County, Arizona.
