4. Discussion and adoption of Resolution #428, a resolution of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Wellton adopting a Fair Housing Policy, making known its commitment to the principal of Fair Housing, and describing actions it shall undertake to affirmatively further Fair Housing.
5. Presentation by Habitat for Humanity in regards to a possible project in Wellton.
