DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS

1. Discussion and action to adopt Resolution #421, a resolution authorizing the submission of an amendment to the Arizona Department of Housing to terminate CDBG Contract #171-05 and amend CDBG Contract #169-05 by terminating a CDBG activity, Contract #171-05 in the amount of $168,650, and transferring these activity funds to CDBG contract #169-05.
