     1. Review and adopt the Call-Out Time Reporting policy for the Police Department.
B. Magistrate & Court Department
     1. Ratify IGA between the Town of Wellton and Yuma County for Weekend and Holiday Municipal Court Coverage in the amount of $33.79 for the period July 1, 2005 – June 30, 2006.
C. Fire Department
     1. Review and possible action on the Mutual Aid Agreement for Fire and Rescue Services with the Tacna Fire Department.

     B. Discussion, review and possible action on CDBG Contracts #169-95 – Butterfield Park Improvements, Phase 2 & #171-05 Fire Station Expansion.
