NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given to the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Wellton, and the general public that the Council will hold a regular meeting, open to the public, on Tuesday, the 3rd day of December, 2002 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wellton Town Hall Council Chambers, 28634 Oakland Avenue, Wellton, Arizona.  The Council will discuss and may take action on the following matters:

1. Approval of Financial Statements
     A. For the month of October 2002

DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS

2. Discussion and possible action to endorse a Bingo License Application submitted by Pioneer RV Park.
3.Community Development Block Grants
     A. Discussion and action to open a checking account for the FY 2002 CDBG SSP Contract #224-02H and authorize the Mayor, Vice Mayor and Town Manager to sign the signature card.
     B. Discussion and action to open a checking account for the FY 2002 CDBG RA Contract #107-03 and #108-03 and authorize the Mayor, Vice Mayor and Town Manager to sign the signature card.
     C. Authorize Mayor and Town Manager to sign all necessary documentation to finalize the financial management requirements for both grants, SSP Contract #224-02H and RA Contract #107-03 and #108-03.
