Notice is hereby given to the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Wellton, and the general public that the Council will hold a regular meeting, open to the public, on Tuesday, the 18th day of November 2003 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wellton Town Hall Council Chambers, 28634 Oakland Avenue, Wellton, Arizona. 2. Discussion and possible action to consider request from AUHS Student Council for a closed course golf tournament.

3. Second reading and adoption of Ordinance #80 to repeal Chapter 13, Section 13-1.2, Schedule Of Water Rates, of the Wellton Town Code.

4. Discussion and possible action to assess and revise for public use the Skate Park Facility.

5. Discuss and possible action to revise the site development plan for the Links at Coyote Wash, Phase 1, to relocate Liguerta Lane from north side of lots to south side of lots.
