Notice is hereby given to the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Wellton, and the general public that the Council will hold a regular meeting, open to the public, on Tuesday, the 5th day of November, 2002 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wellton Town Hall Council Chambers, 28634 Oakland Avenue, Wellton, Arizona. 4. Annexation #001-03 - Second Reading and adoption of Ordinance #77, an ordinance extending the corporate limits of the Town of Wellton, Yuma County, State of Arizona, pursuant to the provisions of Title 9, Chapter 445, Arizona Revised Statutes, and amendments thereto, by annexing thereto certain territory contiguous to the existing town limits of the Town of Wellton.

5. Discussion and action to enter into a revision to the Consolidated Delivery Contract for Domestic Water contract with Wellton Mohawk Irrigation and Drainage District (WMIDD) by increasing the quantity of Municipal and Industrial water available for delivery to the Town from 1,000 acre feet to 1,400 acre feet per calendar year and ratify the action taken to execute this amendment subsequent to this date.

6. Discussion and possible action to enter into an Agreement For Assignment of Permit to transfer rights of Cable TV System to new operators, Phil Merrill and Carter Hendrix (Gila Electronics).

7. Discussion and possible action to enter into a contract with the Arizona Department of Housing for CDBG contracts #107-03, Water System Improvements in the amount of $313,816 & #108-03, Butterfield Park Improvements in the amount of $150,000 and authorize Mayor to execute said contracts.
