Notice is hereby given to the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Wellton, and the general public that the Council will hold a regular meeting, on Tuesday, the 2ND day of September 2003 at 6:00 p.m., open to the public, in the Wellton Town Hall Council Chambers, 28634 Oakland Avenue, Wellton, Arizona. The Council will discuss and may take action on the following matters:

3. Second Reading and adoption of Ordinance #79, An Ordinance of the Town of Wellton, Arizona, amending Article 8-1, Section 8-1.1, Article 8-2 and 8-3 of Chapter 8 of the Wellton Town Code to provide that revisions and amendments to the “uniform Codes” shall become part of the Town Code without the necessity of further Council action.
4. Discussion and possible action to adopt Resolution #396, a resolution of the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Wellton, Yuma County, Arizona, authorizing Town Manager to sign a vehicle purchase contract for the purchase of patrol car for the Police Department.
5. Discussion and action to adopt the Public Involvement Procedures for the General Plan.
6. Authorization to opening checking account #0220005559 for the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety (GOHS) Grant, Contract #2003-PT-008, for the purchase of a patrol car for the Police Department and authorize Mayor, Vice Mayor and Town Manager to sign the signature card.
7. Discussion and possible action to review and certify the revised “Baseline Court Collections” for FY 2002-2003 due to revisions to the forms by the State of Arizona Supreme Court.
