B. Discussion and possible action to recommend approval or disapproval to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for a location transfer of a #6 Bar License in the name of Woody’s Restaurant owned by James Edward Shaffer from 28725 Los Angeles Avenue to 29350 Arizona Avenue.
7. Wellton General Plan
A. Discussion number of acres that will initiate a major amendment to plan.
B. Set time of year (date) for major amendments to be considered.
8. Discussion and possible action to certify the Wellton Municipal Courts judicial collections for FY 2002-03 as the base year per HB 2533: Budget Reconciliation; Public Finances.
9. First Reading of Ordinance #79, An Ordinance of the Town of Wellton, Arizona, amending Article 8-1, Section 8-1.1, Article 8-2 and 8-3 of Chapter 8 of the Wellton Town Code to provide that revisions and amendments to the “uniform Codes” shall become part of the Town Code without the necessity of further Council action.
