NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
WELLTON TOWN COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given to the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Wellton, and the general public that the Council will hold a special session, open to the public, on Thursday, the 24th day of June, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. in the Wellton Town Hall Council Chambers, 28634 Oakland Avenue, Wellton, Arizona. The Council will discuss and may take action on the following matters:

DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS
1. Discussion and possible action to request voter approval for Proposition #101 to establish a Capital Projects Accumulation Fund which will exclude an expenditure of $3,636,896 collected from development fees from the Town’s State imposed expenditure limitation for the purpose of constructing water plant and system improvements at an election to be held on September 7, 2004.
2. Adjournment
