Notice is hereby given to the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Wellton, and the general public that the Council will hold a regular meeting, open to the public, on Tuesday, the 6TH day of August, 2002 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wellton Town Hall Council Chambers, 28634 Oakland Avenue, Wellton, Arizona.  The Council will discuss and may take action on the following matters:

10. Public Hearing. Public Hearing to hear taxpayers in favor of or against any proposed expenditure for various purposes as set forth in the estimates as tentatively adopted. 
    A. Review, discussion and possible action to adopt Resolution #368 for the adoption of the FY 2002-03 Budget.
11. Discussion and action to appoint Gary L. Rinehart, Town Manager as Chief Fiscal Officer for FY 2002-03.
12. Discussion and possible action to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with Yuma County for the Wellton Police Department’s use of the Sheriff’s Office radio frequencies.
