DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS
1. Second reading and possible adoption of Ordinance #85, an ordinance of the Council of the Town of Wellton, Arizona extending and increasing the corporate limits of the Town of Wellton, Yuma county, State of Arizona, pursuant to the provisions of title 9, chapter 4, article 7, Arizona revised statutes and amendments thereto, by annexing thereto certain territory contiguous to the existing town limits of the Town of Wellton.
2. Discussion and possible action on request by James Pryor for the AWC Athletic Department to sponsor a golf tournament at The Links Golf Course on April 1, 2006.
3. Introduce, discuss and action to adopt Resolution #427 which will amend if desired, the Development Agreement for Pre-annexation of Contiguous Property between the Town and G-12, L.L.C. for Phase III & IV with an emergency clause.
