Notice is hereby given to the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Wellton, and the general public that the Council will hold special budget work sessions, open to the public, on Tuesday, May 28th, Wednesday, May 29th and Thursday, May 30th, 2002 at 5:00 p.m. in the Wellton Town Hall Council Chambers, 28634 Oakland Avenue, Wellton, Arizona. The council will discuss and may take action on the following matters.

8. Magistrate’s Department

A. Discussion and action to adopt resolution #384 to re-appoint Judge J. K. Milam as Town Magistrate for a two-year term beginning July 1, 2002 and ending June 30, 2004 and to establish salary.

B. Review FY 2002-03 Budget request.

9. Police Department FY 2002-03 Budget request

10. Fire Department FY 2002-03 Budget request
