WELLTON TOWN COUNCIL
HEREBY GIVES NOTICE THAT A REGULAR MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED ON
NOVEMBER 15, 2005 AT 7:00 P.M.
DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS
1. Discussion and action to appoint Acting Chief Keith W. Titus to the position of Town Marshall (Chief of Police) per Chapter 3, Section 3-1.1 of the Wellton Town Code.
2. Discussion and review recap of call out time used to date by the Wellton Police Department.
3. Discussion and review Wellton’s priority list for future CDBG projects for both Regional and SSP funding applications.
4. Discussion and ratification of “Scope of Work” contract with the firm of Kirkham Michael, Consulting Engineers, for a study to establish a “Quite Zone” at William Street and the Santa Fe Railroad Crossing.
