Notice is hereby given to the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Wellton, and the general public that the Council will hold a regular meeting, open to the public, on Tuesday, the 4th day of February 2003 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wellton Town Hall Council Chambers, 28634 Oakland Avenue, Wellton, Arizona.  The Council will discuss and may take action on the following matters:

Presentation of 2005 Pioneer Day Grand Marshall Plaque to Gene and Vern Stewart.

4. Discussion and possible action to approve a request by Keith Relitz representing Coach Stop R.V. Park to hold a closed course golf tournament to benefit the Christmas for Kids program to be held on December 10, 2005.

5. Discussion and possible action to adopt Resolution #415, defining and approving the boundaries of the area served by the Town of Wellton through the distribution of water for domestic use, to a request an increase in our water allocation of 700 a/ft and directing that a copy of this resolution be delivered to the Wellton-Mohawk Irrigations and Drainage District.

6. Discussion and possible action to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Town of Wellton and the Links at Coyote Wash Community Facilities District #2003-1

7. Discussion and possible action to reappoint Charles Slocum as the Town of Wellton’s representative on the Yuma County Library District Board of Trustees for a three-year term to commence on July 1, 2005.

8. Approve and Appoint Election Board for the 2005 Primary Election.

9. Discussion and possible action to recommend approval or disapproval for an application for the transfer of a #6 Bar License for Paul B. Daniels, aka, B. B.’s Saloon to be located at 29854 Butterfield Plaza.
