Discussion and possible action to adopt Resolution #415, defining and approving the boundaries of the area served by the Town of Wellton through the distribution of water for domestic use, to a request an increase in our water allocation of 700 a/ft and directing that a copy of this resolution be delivered to the Wellton-Mohawk Irrigations and Drainage District.

6. Discussion and possible action to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Town of Wellton and the Links at Coyote Wash Community Facilities District #2003-1

7. Discussion and possible action to reappoint Charles Slocum as the Town of Wellton’s representative on the Yuma County Library District Board of Trustees for a three-year term to commence on July 1, 2005.
