Notice is hereby given to the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Wellton, and the general public that the Council will hold a regular meeting, open to the public, on Tuesday, the 4th day of February 2003 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wellton Town Hall Council Chambers, 28634 Oakland Avenue, Wellton, Arizona.       B. Adoption of Resolution #391, declaring as a public record that certain document filed with the Town Clerk and entitled the “2002 Amendments to the Tax Code of the Town of Wellton”.

7. Discussion and action to accept Addendum No. 2 to the Area Service Highway Project Agreement, A.G. Contract No. KR98 2562TRN.

8. Authorization to open checking account #0220005364 for a FY 2003 Emergency Response Fund award administered by the Yuma City/County Division of Emergency Management in the amount of $4,865.90 for the purchase of equipment and authorize Mayor, Vice Mayor and Town Manager to sign the signature card.
