NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

FEBRUARY 18, 2003
AGENDA

Notice is hereby given to the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Wellton, and the general public that the Council will hold a regular meeting, open to the public, on Tuesday, the 4th day of February 2003 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wellton Town Hall Council Chambers, 28634 Oakland Avenue, Wellton, Arizona.  The Council will discuss and may take action on the following matters:

A. Police Department
1) Discussion and possible action to authorize the submission of an application to the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission for a Law Enforcement Block Grant (LLEBG) in the amount of $1,035,which includes a mandatory 10% hard cash match of $103 from the Town of Wellton.

B. Fire Department
1) Discussion and possible action to enter into a Mutual Aid Agreement with Rural/Metro Corporation for the cooperation of each entity in providing Fire Protection, Emergency Medical Services, Hazardous Materials Incidents and Technical Rescue Incidents in their respective services areas.

C. Magistrate & Court Department

1. Approval of Cash Disbursements
    A. For the month of January 2003

DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS

2. The Links at Coyote Wash Subdivision
     A. Discussion and possible action to accept the subdivision site plan.
     B. Review petition to create Community Facilities District.
