NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given to the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Wellton, and the general public that the Council will hold a regular meeting, open to the public, on Tuesday, the 4th day of February 2003 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wellton Town Hall Council Chambers, 28634 Oakland Avenue, Wellton, Arizona.  The Council will discuss and may take action on the following matters:  
1. Approval of Financial Statements
     A. For the month of December 2002
2. Approval of Cash Disbursements List
     A. For the month of December, 2002

DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS

3. Discussion and review of Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) requirements:
     A. Adoption of Resolution #389, a resolution adopting a Fair Housing Policy.
     B. Proclamation by the Mayor of the Town of Wellton proclaiming April as Fair Housing Month.
4. Presentation by Yuma Private Industry Council/Yuma Chamber of Commerce Legislative Affairs Committee in regards to Federal legislative and transportation issues.
5.  Discussion and possible action to reappoint Sheila P. Vogt to serve a three-year term on the Town of Wellton Municipal Property Corporation to begin in March 2003 – March 2006.
