Notice is hereby given to the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Wellton, and the general public that the Council will hold a regular meeting, on Tuesday, the 3rd day of February 2004 at 6:00 p.m., open to the public, in the Wellton Town Hall Council Chambers, 28634 Oakland Avenue, Wellton, Arizona. The Council will discuss and may take action on the following matters:

4. Second Reading of Ordinance #81, an ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 76 and amending Section 2-4-1 of Article 2-4 of Chapter 2 of the code of the Town of Wellton, Arizona which will change the time of a regular Council meeting to 7:00 p.m.
