Notice is hereby given to the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Wellton, and the general public that the Council will hold a regular meeting, open to the public, on Tuesday, the 7th day of January 2003 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wellton Town Hall Council Chambers, 28634 Oakland Avenue, Wellton, Arizona. The Council will discuss and may take action on the following matters:
1. Approval of Financial Statements
A. For the month of November 2002
2. Approval of Cash Disbursement
A. For the month of November 2002
DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS
3. Request by AUHS Student Council to host a Golf Tournament fundraiser for
Student Council Projects.
4. Request from Robert Ryder to discuss claim against Town.
5. Discussion and possible action to review Facilities Use Request as it pertains to Extended Use requests.
